How it works
Annual registration
Becoming an ambassador is a one year commitment that runs on a calendar-year cycle. This gives you the chance to get involved, make an impact, and grow your local community without feeling locked in forever.
We use an annual registration model so ambassadors have the flexibility to step back if their life or work situation changes, and so new voices have the opportunity to join each year. It keeps the program dynamic, accessible, and open to a wider range of contributors.
At the end of each year, you can choose to continue, take a break, or pass the torch. Whatever feels right for you.
Support & collaboration
As an ambassador, you won’t be operating alone. You’ll work closely with the Intigriti community team as well as fellow ambassadors from around the world. We’ll provide guidance, resources, budget and templates to help you run events, share content, or support newcomers with confidence.
There’s a strong collaborative spirit in the program; ambassadors can exchange ideas, co-host events, share lessons learned, and help lift each other and the entire community. Whether you’re planning your first meetup or launching a bigger initiative, you’ll always have a team behind you.
Activities & reporting
You have the freedom to choose the initiatives that suit your strengths, interests, and availability. Some ambassadors love hosting meetups, others prefer mentorship or writing educational content. All contributions are valuable.
To help us understand what’s happening across different regions, we ask ambassadors to share a short update after each activity. This keeps everyone aligned, helps us provide better support, and allows us to highlight the great work you’re doing across the community.
Growth & recognition
When you’re active and engaged as an ambassador, the opportunities naturally grow with you. From being featured in community spotlights to speaking at events or representing Intigriti at conferences, there are many ways to build visibility and influence.
As the program expands, ambassadors who consistently contribute will have increased access to collaborations, advanced opportunities, and leadership roles within the wider community. We want to reward meaningful involvement and create pathways for ambassadors to shine.
