What it means to us 

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) for us means cultivating a company culture where everyone feels valued, welcome, and equal. It’s about embracing and celebrating everyone. We aim to create an environment of respect and fairness, which we want to provide for all our stakeholders, employees, researchers, customers, partners, suppliers, and society at large.

Our platform is for everyone and so is our workplace.

Creating a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and belonging company culture requires the right mindset, awareness, and intentionality. But most of all, it takes action. At Intigriti, we acknowledge that we are not yet where we want to be as DEIB is an ongoing moving target with ever-changing priorities. We are not perfect; however, we always aim to do the right thing while putting our people first.

We are committed to building a workforce and hacker community that reflects the world we live in.

Our commitments

Our actions manifest in several key initiatives (this is not an exhaustive list).

Equal compensation & training opportunities

We prioritize internal equity in our compensation program and ensure that salary bands are based on job scope, impact, and external market research. Additionally, we make sure everyone has equal access to education and training.

Equal opportunity mindset

We maintain an equal opportunity mindset with a zero-tolerance policy for sexism, racism, and discrimination of any kind. We aim to foster a welcoming and supportive environment where all individuals feel valued and respected.

Inclusive hiring process

We proactively design an inclusive hiring process to reduce bias. This includes gender-decoding our job descriptions and providing training for hiring managers on the dangers of unconscious bias. By doing so, we aim to attract a diverse pool of talent and create opportunities for individuals from all backgrounds.

Sense of Belonging survey

We run quarterly Sense of Belonging surveys in the entire company to monitor any areas that need addressing.

Awareness and education

We establish initiatives to educate and engage employees to ensure that everyone understands the importance of DEIB and their role in promoting it.

DEIB Superforce

We form a dedicated DEIB superforce with passionate individuals who are committed to driving change within the organization. This committee provides guidance and support, ensuring that DEIB remains top of mind in all aspects of our work.
